Intellectual Property Policy and Regulations

Ochota Biocentre research consortium has implemented IP regulations to exploit the commercial potential of research carried out by its scientists. These regulations cover IP in all material concerning any of the Ochota Biocentre's activities whether research, consultancy, academic, professional or other including IP created using R&D facilities and resources.
Ochota Biocentre owns IP if:
a) the IP was created by a person then employed by any of the Ochota Biocentre research institutes in circumstances where the law presumes ownership to the employer or
b) the IP owner has in writing assigned his/her rights to the research institute.
