Confidentiality Agreement, which occurs often under different names (NDA - non-disclosure agreement, CDA - confidential disclosure agreement, CA - Confidentiality agreement, PIA - proprietary information agreement), is a legally binding written agreement concluded by two or more parties before the start of cooperation.

 

Under the agreement one party provides the other confidential information, eg about its activities or products. Such agreements are often concluded between businesses / organizations and / or owners to cooperating with each other must be used at home to understand the processes and solutions for further development of business relationships.

 

Confidentiality Agreement may be present as a separate contract or as a contractual clause in another agreement. Agreement or a confidentiality clause should include information protected by law and the term of protection. Parties may also provide for penalties in the contract for breach.

 

Biotech Technology Transfer Center-IP very strictly observe the principle of confidentiality of data received. All information and materials received from scientists and entrepreneurs are treated as confidential. Are required for all employees of the Biotech-IP contact with them.
