Biotech-IP employees among laureates of the Top 500 Innovators training programme

Two employees of Biotech-IP Technology Transfer Office have received at the hands of the Prime Minister, Donald Tusk and Minister of Science and Higher Education, prof. Barbara Kudrycka nominations for the "Top 500 Innovators" training programme.

Ministry of Science and Higher Education inaugurated the first edition of the "Top 500 Innovators: Science - Management - Commercialization". It is a training programme, which aims to raise the qualifications of Polish personnel managing innovations and working in all  R&D sectors to boost economical development and commercialization of scientific discoveries. The "Top 500 Innovators" programme is fully funded by the Ministry from the Operational Programme Human Capital.

On October 4th, 2011, forty participants received nominations at the ceremony, which took place in the Industrial Research Institute for Automation and Measurements in Warsaw. Among those honored were dr. Adam Sobczak and Magdalena Powierża - employees of the Biotech-IP Technology Transfer Office.

All participants will spend two-month internship in one of the top universities in the world - the Stanford University, USA.
